Club Championships

Terms and Conditions

To ensure fair and enjoyable competition, the following terms and conditions apply to all entrants:

1. Eligibility

• All entrants must be full financial members of Redland Bay Tennis Club.

• Life Members are eligible to play.

• Junior events are open to players of school age.

• Entrants must have been involved in at least 6 club activities throughout the year (e.g. match play, social doubles, fundraising events, working bees, etc.), subject to the discretion of the Committee.

2. Entries

• All entries and player levels are at the discretion of the Redland Bay Tennis Club Committee.

• Grading will be determined by the Committee with assistance from Bayside Tennis Coaching.

• Players may enter a maximum of 4 events. Please note: those who enter 4 events may experience limited breaks between matches.

3. Scheduling

• The Championships will be played across two weekends.

• The second Sunday is reserved as a wet weather back-up day.

4. General Conditions

• By entering, players agree to abide by the decisions of the Redland Bay Tennis Club Committee, whose discretion is final.

• The Committee reserves the right to amend scheduling, grading, or event formats as required.
